IHMA has chosen, ‘THE MARINE ADVENTURE - Evolving and adapting to change in today’s ports’ as the theme for the 14th International Harbour Masters’ Association's Congress which will be hosted in Morocco by Tanger Med Port Authority from 21 to 24 May 2024.
