Worldwide there are approximately 3,000 merchant ports and the work of the Harbour Master can vary widely from country to country and from port to port even within the same country.

The International Harbour Masters’ Association (IHMA) is a non-profit-making organization with its head office in Surrey, England. and manages the IHMA website (https://harbourmaster.org). IHMA understands the importance of protecting and safeguarding privacy when visiting the IHMA website. This Privacy Statement informs you about the information the IHMA website may collect, how the information is used, and how you can access and correct certain information that we may collect.
